Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary
  • Minimum of 2 years INSIDE SALES experience
  • Healthcare sales AND/OR service based selling experience required
  • Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts
  • Conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business
  • Conduct pre and post calls reviews
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts
  • Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory
