Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience
  • At least three (3) years specifically in radiology, radiation therapy or dosimetry
  • ARRT, CMD or equivalent certification specific to the radiation oncology field (preferred)
  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university (preferred)
  • Relevant professional experience (equivalent to a degree)
  • Comfortable working in a clinical/patient environment
  • Ability to travel extensively (at least 80%)
  • Residence in the US or Canada (USCAN)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical education to end-users
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site and virtual customer training
  • Drive revenue realization through efficient and timely execution of clinical education delivery
  • Ensure consistent and timely completion of all documentation requirements
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships
  • Facilitate customer hand-off to the Customer Success team
  • Provide clear insights into customer's clinical operations and digital workflow
  • Develop deep product, clinical, and software competence within the RO and Urology applications
  • Apply theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to empower clinicians
  • Advise and create/adjust software scripts and configurations
  • Coordinate complex software script modifications
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions
  • Continuously broaden own clinical and technical skill set
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Serve as the professional MIM Clinical Application Specialist
  • Communicate relevant product intelligence to internal parties
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to the highest ethical standards
  • Communicate customer questions to Medical Science and collaborate with CMO partners
