Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong technical background with a minimum of one year of experience with XML, a minimum of three years of experience with HTML and GUI design, and a minimum of three years of experience with business data modeling and process modeling using UML or XDEMinimum 3 years of experience writing and executing test plans. Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of success as a consultant are also required, along with the ability to conceptualize and a persistent attitude to work under high pressure.

Responsibilities

The RADIENCE, PATHFINDER Business Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining the RADIENCE business model, consulting with customers to define needs and recommend solutions, gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions, developing and maintaining business requirements using various documentation methods, providing input into task estimation and scheduling, creating and maintaining the RADIENCE business model, writing and executing test conditions, working within the RADIENCE implementation methodology, staying abreast of developments in insurance and wealth management, and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
