Strong experience with server and service administration, including designing, building, monitoring, and securing Linux virtual servers and containers is required. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible Automation Platform is also necessary.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, responsibilities include administering on-premises and cloud servers and services, managing NetApp storage tier and file servers, utilizing automation tools to streamline routine activities, collaborating with development and product teams to ensure infrastructure scalability, employing monitoring and analysis tools for capacity planning and troubleshooting, applying information security controls, assisting in network infrastructure management, building and supporting resilient and scalable systems, managing environmental and architectural changes, identifying impediments and devising solutions, coherently communicating technical topics, administering applications and services, balancing operational needs with strategic initiatives, mentoring team members, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting production issues.
