Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Bionics, Biomedical, Electro-Mechanical, or Informatics Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Information and Automation Technology. They must have intermediate to advanced English language skills (B2 level minimum) and the ability to execute complex projects. A valid passport and American VISA are required.

Responsibilities

The Informatic Technical Specialist (LIS IT) will respond to technical inquiries, assist customers in developing their potential using Abbott’s CoreLab portfolio, determine customer needs and design integrated informatics solutions for clinical diagnostic healthcare customers, communicate with customers to resolve complex enquiries and recommend suitable products or services, and apply established procedures or develop new solutions to solve technical problems through case management and follow-up on the status of outstanding cases.
