Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in reporting, analytical, and data visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. They must also have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role providing consultative support and 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims, pharmacy, provider, membership, lab/test results, biometrics, and supplemental data. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in data querying for root cause analysis is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

The Informatics Manager will lead business activities for custom data delivery requests from Aetna plan sponsors, including client consultation, project management, customer retention, revenue management, troubleshooting, data analysis, trending, and visualization. They will define and deliver analytical solutions, collaborate on data integration and analytics, design and conduct analyses using healthcare data, and develop/validate algorithms and reporting tools. The role involves presenting information services and performance results, creating business applications for analytic solutions, developing project plans and research study designs, managing resources and projects to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliverables, and managing conflicting priorities while contributing to a motivated work environment.
