Responsibilities

The role involves maintaining and updating provider group information in a centralized database, managing and analyzing performance metrics to improve retrieval efficiency, and performing quality assurance checks on retrieved charts for compliance. Additionally, the manager will support initiatives to expand EHR access, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, and contribute to the centralization and documentation of all retrieval processes.
