An Associate degree or technical training in a related field is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field preferred. Additional preferences include coursework in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance, internship experience in sales/distribution or manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
The program emphasizes a performance-based environment where participants are competitive, passionate about winning, and committed to top results, with ongoing mentorship, hands-on experience alongside experienced Account Managers, and building customer relationships.
Strong candidates have an Associate or preferred Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Industrial Distribution or Engineering, mechanical aptitude, sales or manufacturing internship experience, and outgoing communication skills with a competitive drive in a performance-based setting. Availability to start in Summer or Fall 2025 and willingness to relocate are essential.
