Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for all Logitech solutions and acting as primary go-to expert
  • In partnership with internal commercial and marketing teams, develop and drive vertical GTM strategies through distribution lead commercial teams, expanding assortment, account base and share through defined accounts and verticals
  • Set and track performance metrics for distribution accounts, ensuring alignment with channel and company objectives
  • Execute meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably
  • Ensure smooth execution of distribution operations serving indirect retail channels, including order management, inventory levels, and logistics coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align distributor initiatives with company goals
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to internal stakeholders
  • Deliver product training and enablement sessions to distributor sellers to ensure they are equipped to represent and grow the brand effectively
  • Execute Quarterly Business Reviews, provide data insights to performance results and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage quarterly MDF (Market Development Funds) plans, ensuring all expenditures align with budgetary guidelines for set accounts
