Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Technology/SAP/Pre-Sales domain
Exposure to Agile transformation/Scrum Master
Experience of all phases of system integration: requirement gathering, design and conceptualizing the solution, build, test, deploy, and running the solution in production environment
Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing senior client stakeholders

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and governance of projects across the organization
Contribute to PMO Framework Development: development and implementation of PMO standards, methodologies, processes, and tools for consistency and efficiency in project execution
Support Project Management Processes: assist project managers in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring adherence to PMO standards
Monitoring and Reporting: track project progress, gather data, generate reports on performance metrics, provide insights and recommendations
Risk and Issue Management: identify risks and issues, assess them, collaborate on mitigation strategies and resolutions
Governance and Compliance: ensure project documentation, reporting, and deliverables meet standards; facilitate reviews and audits
Stakeholder Communication: facilitate communication, prepare presentations, provide updates on status, milestones, and risks
Resource Management: assist in resource allocation, capacity planning, and resolving conflicts
Training and Support: provide guidance, support, and training to project teams on PMO processes, methodologies, and tools
Monitor and manage delivery of large-scale, complex programs combining processes with technology
Support clients for successful project delivery
