The Inbound Sales Development Representative will engage with prospects who sign up for demos or download content, becoming a product expert and answering questions. They will qualify sales leads through discovery calls, convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives, analyze sales and marketing metrics, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve inbound sales strategy and prospect communication plans. The role also involves nurturing prospects until they are ready to engage with Account Executives.
