Requirements

Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree, excellent English language skills (written and verbal), and working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects to a deadline is required, along with the ability to collaborate with internal partners whilst coordinating key customer deliverables.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will perform customer-facing onboarding activities, including customer discovery, desired outcome creation, success planning, and in-depth platform training, as well as back-office onboarding activities such as new account activations, platform configuration, and keyword refinement. They will execute against key onboarding KPIs, articulate customer desired outcomes, continually learn and develop knowledge of Cision platforms, engage customers regularly, and work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer transition.
