As an Implementation Success Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of the Qventus Perioperative Care Coordination solution, a component of their AI Operational Assistant (AIOA) platform. You will work closely with Implementation Success Partners to track and implement tailored solutions, providing operational and technical support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deployment timelines, ensuring internal and external deliverables are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Success Partners, Customer Success Partners, Technical Product Architects, and Product Managers to drive effective implementation and maximize client value.
  • Assist with human-in-the-loop messaging evaluation efforts with external partners, ensuring timely responses, smooth escalation triage, and agent performance monitoring throughout the client’s deployment journey.
  • Leverage expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) to create documentation and communications that drive user buy-in and promote the adoption of workflows and tools.
  • Provide valuable insights to support Implementation Success Partners from project kickoff through to successful go-live.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders and that the project stays on track.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of both technical features and operational functions across all deployments.
