This role involves leading the Mariana Tek Onboarding Team, responsible for successfully launching new clients onto the platform, particularly enterprise clients with complex needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer business models, identifying technical requirements, scaling the onboarding process, acting as a technical expert on the Mariana Tek Platform, providing project management leadership to Onboarding Specialists, supporting SOW development, consulting clients on technical best practices, assisting with quality assurance for client integrations and data migrations, and acting as an escalation point and liaison between customers and internal departments.
