Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Experience with benefits and/or implementation processes and methodologies
3+ years of project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries) and familiarity with other MS Office products
High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, organization, and accuracy
Ability to take initiative and approach challenges with creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to quality

Responsibilities

Facilitate key implementation meetings, including kickoff, status meetings, and workstream-specific sessions
Execute reporting and governance processes for internal updates, contractual metrics, and service level agreements
Manage timelines to ensure efficient internal operations while keeping executive leadership updated on project execution and governance
Own project plans and governance for assigned clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
Manage client expectations by proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, escalating when appropriate, and communicating realistic turnaround times and delivery dates
Effectively communicate with all critical project stakeholders to keep them informed on status, risks, and key milestones
Ensure key deliverables are completed on time by coordinating across internal teams and supporting cross-functional collaboration
Proactively identify and mitigate project and staffing risks
Escalate risks appropriately to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
