Requirements

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software. A strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture is required, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical implementations.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will drive the onboarding process for customers, design and optimize implementation frameworks, and lead technical discovery sessions and workshops. They will create and maintain detailed technical documentation, develop and execute implementation plans, and partner with Technical Architects to resolve technical blockers. Responsibilities also include building relationships with technical stakeholders, contributing to product development through feedback, and standardizing/automating implementation processes.
