Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will lead the project management of customer implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and building strong relationships. They will ensure customer requirements and expectations are defined, aligned, and met by go-live, and manage non-standard customer requirements by intake, resource alignment, and process maturation. Responsibilities include managing project plans, providing timely updates, identifying and reporting onboarding risks, collaborating on scalable process improvements, acting as a subject matter expert for the implementation process, and supporting sales teams by educating prospects about the implementation process.
