  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data, timelines, and documentation
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, project management software (e.g., Asana), and PowerPoint/Slides

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for project timelines, deliverables, and communications across the sales and marketing functions
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, operations, and external broker partners to ensure retail initiatives are executed on time and accurately
  • Manage retailer setup forms, item submissions, and new product launch timelines
  • Support sales team in preparing presentations, sales materials, and follow-ups for key retail accounts
  • Track progress of ongoing retail projects—such as resets, promotions, and new distribution—and ensure alignment across teams
  • Communicate with external partners (brokers, agencies, and vendors) to gather updates, share assets, and maintain momentum
  • Assist in analyzing sales data, promotional results, and execution performance to help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support coordination of retail marketing campaigns, including in-store displays, merchandising programs, and launch events
