Requirements

  • BS/BA in technical field (e.g., Computer Science/Information Systems) or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in post-sales customer focused role
  • Cloud experience desired but not required
  • Contact centre operational experience desired but not required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills internally and client facing
  • Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented, and fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to dive right in, be effective and make a difference
  • Creative approach to tackling obstacles and problems; thinking outside the box
  • Time management: ensuring meeting timelines set by customer and project manager for deliverables, while handling last minute requests and escalations
  • US timezone 14:00-23:00
  • On-site presence at office 4 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Have a detailed understanding of the features and capabilities of the system, and articulate these to customers in a way that makes sense to them
  • Technical IVR configuration (specific to InContact Studio programming)
  • Consulting, design, and development of IVR integrations
  • Providing process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments
  • Providing database design, development, and enhancement, as well as management and coordination of changes to existing CRM applications
  • Providing technical architecture leadership, analysis, design, development, and enhancement
  • Expertise in industry leading contact centre technologies and processes
  • Responsible for the planning, design, and build phases of multiple concurrent projects, completing within customer and project manager timelines
  • Guiding customers through their transformation to the cloud
  • Building customer accounts based on requirements, starting with simple builds and expanding to planning and design
