Position Overview

Clio is a global leader transforming the legal experience by improving the lives of legal professionals and increasing access to justice. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team in Sydney, Australia. This client-facing, hands-on role focuses on delivering tailored solutions using the ShareDo platform. You will collaborate closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, configure the platform, and empower teams through training, documentation, and mentorship. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a low-code environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is dedicated to client success through effective, scalable configurations.

What your team does:

ShareDo, recently acquired by Clio, is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform that enables large law firms to develop tailored cloud-based solutions for managing their work processes. Our platform allows firms to easily build a Content Management System (CMS) that suits each legal department's unique needs, enabling them to manage more cases with the same resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience.

What you’ll work on:

  • Designing and configuring client solutions by aligning ShareDo’s platform customization with client business requirements.
  • Setting up workflows, forms, templates, and business rules within the platform to support custom work processes.
  • Running configuration workshops and training sessions, guiding clients through platform tools and best practices.
  • Mentoring clients and partners to promote self-sufficiency and build internal configuration expertise.
  • Documenting configuration approaches, customizations, and best practices to ensure maintainability and clarity.
  • Contributing to ShareDo’s knowledge base, including FAQs, how-to guides, and training materials.
  • Championing best practices across implementations to ensure scalable and sustainable platform use.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve delivery methods and contribute to overall solution design.

What you bring:

  • Hands-on experience configuring low-code platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to guide non-technical users through complex configuration processes.
  • A methodical approach to setup and documentation, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Problem-solving ability and curiosity – you’re always looking for the most value-driven way to deliver on our promises.
  • Experience leading client training, workshops, or mentoring sessions.

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Prior experience working with ShareDo or similar case/workflow management platforms.
  • A background in workflow modeling, solution architecture, or legal tech consulting.

What you will find here:

Compensation is a core component of Clio’s Total Rewards Program, designed to ensure fair and competitive pay practices that support our human and high-performing culture.
