This client-facing, hands-on role focuses on delivering tailored solutions using the ShareDo platform. You will collaborate closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, configure the platform, and empower teams through training, documentation, and mentorship. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a low-code environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is dedicated to client success through effective, scalable configurations.
ShareDo, recently acquired by Clio, is a cutting-edge adaptive work management platform that enables large law firms to develop tailored cloud-based solutions for managing their work processes. Our platform allows firms to easily build a Content Management System (CMS) that suits each legal department's unique needs, enabling them to manage more cases with the same resources, improve profitability, and deliver a market-leading client experience.
