Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and command line interface
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Knowledge of SQL and Postman (must)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or Perl (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain products for customers as per requirements from Customer Success/Products/QA/Engineering teams
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues working with the engineering team or individually
  • Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Identify and escalate product defects and enhancement requests to appropriate teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
