Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in IAM implementation/architecture and 4+ years of experience in security consulting, administration, or information technology. A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience is preferred. Knowledge of Access Management, SSO/Federation, enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory), RBAC, and security/compliance standards (NIST, SOX, GDPR, Zero Trust) is required. Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow) and experience installing software on Windows/Unix platforms is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Identity Advisor will partner with sales to provide technical discovery and solution development for prospective clients in Access Management pursuits. They will act as a liaison between sales, technical pre-sales, advisory, and practice leadership teams. Responsibilities include engaging in requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, recommending solutions, participating in technology assessments and workshops, and contributing to presales demos, POCs, RFP responses, and SOW documents. The advisor will also help create sales and marketing materials, develop programmatic architecture and solution design across IAM technologies, and stay current on IAM trends and best practices. Additionally, they will participate in customer-facing presales workshops and assessments, communicate status with reporting and escalation, and author technical and sales documentation.
