Candidates must have 5 years of relevant work experience in IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, integrating security policies, virtual access and controls, integrating cyber security technologies with existing technologies, and experience with various scripting languages such as Powershell and SQL Queries. Experience with cloud platforms and their IAM services such as Azure, modifying NTFS permissions, managing ticket lifecycles for Service Support, and creating/updating/maintaining Knowledge Base Articles are also required. A Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree, experience with various IAM tools and platforms including Identity Security Cloud (ISC), 5 or more years of security administration experience, and industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CCSP, and/or CISM are preferred. A high-speed DSL or cable modem with a minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required for remote work, with satellite and wireless internet service not allowed.
The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer will develop and test information security tools, applications, and system solutions, and oversee the design engineering and testing processes for Humana EIP products. They will work with stakeholders to drive products from design to volume production release, design and implement protocols and solutions to safeguard sensitive data, and implement engineering updates to Humana information technology and information security infrastructures. The role involves supporting Identity Security Cloud, Approver Database, Service-Now, Request For Access (RFA), and IAMHub, identifying recurring patterns in identity lifecycle issues, finding root causes, and designing, implementing, and maintaining remediation plans. The engineer will make decisions regarding technical approach for project components with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
