The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer develops and tests information security tools, applications, and system solutions deployed in Humana. This role oversees the design, engineering, and testing processes for Humana EIP products and collaborates with relevant EIP stakeholders to drive products from design to volume production release.
The Senior CyberSecurity Engineer's work assignments vary in degree of complexity. They may design and implement protocols and solutions to safeguard sensitive data from external/internal breaches or attacks, and implement relevant engineering updates to Humana's information technology and information security infrastructures.
The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer will focus on supporting Identity Security Cloud, Approver Database, Service-Now, Request For Access (RFA), and IAMHub. The Engineer will be responsible for identifying recurring patterns in identity lifecycle issues. Once identified, the Engineer will be responsible for finding root causes, as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining a remediation plan until the underlying issue is corrected. The Sr CyberSecurity Engineer makes decisions with varying degrees of complexity regarding the technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. They exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
