Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 development and administration
Strong knowledge of FileNet concepts (Workflow, Content Engine, Application Engine)
Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
Understanding of web technologies
Experience with integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications and systems
Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and SQL (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (a plus)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement FileNet solutions, including content management, workflow design, and document processing
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business needs
Design and architect end-to-end FileNet solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
Maintain and optimize existing FileNet applications and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in FileNet applications and report significant findings
Create and maintain technical documentation for FileNet solutions
Stay updated with the latest developments in IBM FileNet and related technologies
