Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of FileNet concepts (Workflow, Content Engine, Application Engine)
  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript
  • Understanding of web technologies
  • Experience with integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications and systems
  • Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and SQL (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement FileNet solutions, including content management, workflow design, and document processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with business needs
  • Design and architect end-to-end FileNet solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
  • Maintain and optimize existing FileNet applications and workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in FileNet applications and report significant findings
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for FileNet solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in IBM FileNet and related technologies
