Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management. Experience leading delivery projects with a strong track record of successful client outcomes in identity transformation programs is required. Professional work experience with an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including interfacing and communicating with clients and partners, is essential. Experience managing multiple projects and proficiency in project planning, resource management, scope, schedule, status, and documentation are necessary. Familiarity with web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML), databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), directories (LDAP, AD), enterprise HR systems (SAP, PeopleSoft), programming languages (Java, .NET, C++), identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell), and security software or internal IT audit experience are considered a plus.
The Technical Account Manager will communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules, reviewing technical requirements and customer interactions. They will assist in pre-sales activities by analyzing prospect requirements and developing service propositions. The TAM will demonstrate products to customers, explain how solutions meet their needs, and identify services to ensure effective use of the Saviynt platform through thought leadership in architecture and design. Responsibilities include producing service implementation estimates, plans, scoping documents, and contracts/SOWs. They will oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services, respond to technical concerns, manage ongoing customer relationships, analyze support requirements, communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by negotiating contracts and pricing.
