Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a similar field. A strong academic history with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is desired, along with an interest in the healthcare industry and previous customer service experience.
The Government Business IT Co-op will work closely with the Telephony and IVR team, assisting with contract requirement projects and technical problem resolution. Responsibilities include responding to technical support requests via telephone, email, and online, documenting and tracking issues, and providing customer service and end-user training. The co-op will research and resolve technical problems, support reporting initiatives, optimize IVR pathways and call routing, and assist in workforce management and cloud buildout projects.
