Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include acting as a customer advocate internally, engaging with customers at all organizational levels, researching and resolving technical issues, escalating cases when necessary, and leveraging internal expertise for solutions. The role also involves creating knowledge base content, participating in technical communications, identifying renewal risks, collaborating with internal teams, supporting sales in identifying expansion opportunities, and driving support cases to timely resolution.
