The Human Resources Expert will work with HR leadership to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training. They will serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices, address team member concerns, and ensure HR processes maximize engagement and minimize disruption. Responsibilities also include supporting compliance policies, creating a welcoming guest experience, and assisting guests with their needs.
