The Human Resources Business Partner will support organizational effectiveness by aligning people, processes, structure, and culture with business strategies. Responsibilities include building performance management capabilities, coordinating with HR Centers of Excellence for program delivery, identifying human capital challenges and implementing solutions, and providing customer feedback to HR COEs. The position also entails analyzing trends and metrics to develop people strategies, leading change management efforts, and connecting with employees to improve work environments.
