Responsibilities

Deliver Workday day-to-day support including hands-on configuration of simple business processes, reporting, mass data processing, testing, and troubleshooting
Assist in routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and support the implementation of identified opportunities to improve Workday processes
Support the configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations
Contribute to maintaining data quality standards within the Workday system and collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related issues or discrepancies
Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist them in maximizing the system’s potential
Deliver user training sessions to foster system proficiency and adoption
Maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs
Support change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates
Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in, and facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new system functionalities
