Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Workday day-to-day support including hands-on configuration of simple business processes, reporting, mass data processing, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Assist in routine processes such as performance management and merit increase cycles
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and support the implementation of identified opportunities to improve Workday processes
  • Support the configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations
  • Contribute to maintaining data quality standards within the Workday system and collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related issues or discrepancies
  • Provide day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist them in maximizing the system’s potential
  • Deliver user training sessions to foster system proficiency and adoption
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs
  • Support change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates
  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in, and facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new system functionalities
