Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of two years of experience with Workday, specifically in at least two of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and Talent Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required, along with good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and planning and organizational skills. The ability to read and interpret complex reports and documents, assimilate data, and provide recommendations to executive management is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The HRIS Associate will maintain and administer Workday and other HR systems, performing mass data cleanup, auditing, and system maintenance to ensure data integrity. They will generate reports for various business needs, participate in cross-functional projects, recommend policies for reporting standards, and provide technical solutions to improve process efficiency and data integrity. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the Learning Management System, creating on-line learning paths, conducting assessments, and recommending new learning strategies based on assessment outcomes and leadership feedback, as well as performing other duties as assigned.
