Bachelor’s Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline
A minimum of three (3) years of UKG Pro WFM system support experience
HRIS design, configuration, and testing experience
Proven written and verbal communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability and desire to work in-person at our Plymouth, MI location

Responsibilities

Provide UKG Timekeeping, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling support
Diagnose, resolve, and document application errors
Provide end user support of the UKG Pro WFM system
Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality; test, deploy, and stabilize new releases
Provide UKG Pro WFM reporting support
Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems
Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects
Implement Advanced Scheduling across all locations in the US
Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library
Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users
