Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with a strong preference for Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of three (3) years of UKG Pro WFM system support experience
  • HRIS design, configuration, and testing experience
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability and desire to work in-person at our Plymouth, MI location

Responsibilities

  • Provide UKG Timekeeping, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling support
  • Diagnose, resolve, and document application errors
  • Provide end user support of the UKG Pro WFM system
  • Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality; test, deploy, and stabilize new releases
  • Provide UKG Pro WFM reporting support
  • Lead change management processes for all changes to production systems
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and monitor the development, evaluation, and implementation of complex information systems projects
  • Implement Advanced Scheduling across all locations in the US
  • Provide training to end users on functional use of the systems and maintain the training library
  • Learn new functions, train, and teach other application users
