Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 7+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated proficiency in recruitment processes and team collaboration
Proficiencies in applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategies
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior recruitment staff
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate evolving recruitment challenges
Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technological advancements in recruiting
An advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications, such as PHR, SHRM-CP are a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, providing daily support and guidance
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various positions, in coordination with hiring managers
Actively participate in candidate interviews, assessments, and selection processes
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring their staffing needs are met
Adapt and optimize recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices and trends
Manage recruitment data, produce reports for analysis, and make data-driven recommendations
Participate in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in the hiring process
