Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of HR front desk to provide professional and branded experiences for candidates interviewing for open positions
  • Greet job candidates and employees visiting the HR front desk and ensure a positive customer experience for candidates and guests
  • Respond to general employee questions regarding benefits enrollment, changes to benefits, benefit coverage, and HR practices/policies
  • Support the benefits department in activities including data entry and auditing
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining and recommending changes to established policies and procedures
  • Lead assigned HR staff (interns or temporaries) by providing daily assignments, direction, training, and follow-up
  • Support the HR management team with general administrative duties including coordinating schedules, travel, reconciliation of expenses, communications, and other management requests
  • Maintain positive open lines of communication with management, staff, and other departments to contribute to smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the HR organization
  • Understand and apply appropriate data privacy protections when working with employee data
  • Perform other duties as assigned (5%)
