Proficiency in PC software, including Excel, and the capacity to work efficiently with large data sets, interpret data clearly, and maintain a high level of confidentiality are essential.
The HR Central Analyst will serve as a Tier II point of contact for complex employee inquiries, acting as an escalation resource for Tier 1 representatives and performing exception handling and specialized support, including mass data imports. Responsibilities include ensuring positive employee experiences by resolving issues timely and with quality, maintaining employee data in HR systems in compliance with corporate standards and policies, and providing end-user support for HR systems, including guidance on self-service capabilities. The analyst will also maintain the functional structure of HR systems, manage data integrity between systems through audit practices, support SOX audit processes, identify and highlight trends in inquiry types and volumes, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process and technology opportunities. Additionally, the role involves developing HR acumen, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, and participating in special projects.
