Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. A minimum of 8+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations/technology departments is required. Possession of a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and other core business services products. This role involves defining, re-engineering, and improving HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal processes through workshops, leading customers to leverage standard ServiceNow capabilities, and owning the lifecycle of user stories from draft to completion. Responsibilities also include supporting unit testing, driving customer acceptance testing, preparing customer-facing deliverables, managing multiple complex projects, promoting continuous improvement, supporting sales activities, and providing training to delivery teams. Up to 50% travel may be required.
