Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in People Technology (HRIS Systems) and experience in business process design. Workday configuration experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills with a proactive approach to root-cause analysis are essential. Effective project management capabilities and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
The HR Business Analyst will act as a liaison between People Operations, HRBPs, and COEs to deliver technology solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions within HR systems like Workday, and owning or contributing to projects for process standardization and optimization. The role involves identifying and solving operational gaps, configuring and optimizing HR technologies, managing People Ops & Tech requests, reporting on HR data, participating in change management, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
