Position Overview

Blaze.com, the fastest-growing casino in LATAM, is seeking a passionate and skilled HR People Operations Analyst to join our globally distributed team of internet professionals. Since its inception in 2019, Blaze has revolutionized the iGaming industry by merging social and real-money gaming, now boasting over 2,000 games and 2,000,000 registered players. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and effective execution of our HR operational processes, with a particular focus on payroll, time tracking, benefits, and providing essential support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) area. You will serve as a key liaison between People Operations, Payroll, and external vendors, working cross-functionally with various departments.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the HR system and all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Partner with the Payroll Manager to provide necessary information for error-free payroll processing.
  • Control and audit time tracking systems, including work hours, overtime, time banks, and absences.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as healthcare and meal/food allowances.
  • Coordinate tasks related to new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to identify and propose improvements to HR processes.
  • Create and maintain internal HR documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
    • Intermediate knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), taxes, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
    • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and time tracking systems (e.g., ADP, Deel, Flash).
    • Ability to organize and maintain structured HR databases and documents.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
