Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with a strong focus on operational HR and experience with large, distributed workforces, particularly in environments such as manufacturing or customer experience. Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior HRBP, you will partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and help scale and shape the future of the Operations department, lead HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, offer proactive and consultative support in managing sensitive employee relations issues, identify patterns, and implement solutions to prevent recurring challenges, provide coaching and guidance to leaders across the Operations team, and help them develop the skills necessary to manage their teams effectively while fostering a high-performance culture. You will also work with leadership to design and implement processes, policies, and systems that enable scaling in a growing, remote-first organization, and innovate with tools, vendors, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
