Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and have at least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years supporting Direct Sales teams. Responsibilities

The role involves proactively navigating complex employee relations issues, enhancing employee experience by maintaining internal resources, and fostering a culture of growth through performance review programs.
