Requirements

  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, HR Compliance guidelines, manuals and SOPs
  • Keep updated about the current version of FME Policies relevant to the role and integrate corporate values in daily business
  • Ensure HR policies and services comply with HR Compliance Framework
  • Ensure each stage of the payroll process complies with legislative and internal procedures
  • Ensure all employee files are kept up to date and maintained to comply with legislation requirements
  • Monitor all HR Operations Services processes to meet legal and regulatory requirements in line with internal SLAs
  • Be responsible and accountable for HR data integrity, security, quality and consistency

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and engage the HR Operations Team to provide highest standards of support to the business
  • Lead effective and accurate delivery of transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, fit for purpose, accurate, within timeframes, and delivering excellent customer service
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end processing of all payroll input (overtime, salary changes, deductions, pension, bonuses) to ensure correct and timely employee payments
  • Maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Complete payroll reconciliations and justify any differences
  • Produce and manage payslips (completion, distribution, submission)
  • Lead and manage administration of Company benefit programs (pension plans, health care)
  • Administer and process employee equity plans, including Long-Term Incentive Plan
  • Liaise with payroll software provider to test and install software upgrades correctly
  • Provide accurate management information (gross to net, reconciliation, headcount reporting)
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to meet statutory audit duties
  • Provide insight and recommendations on upcoming payroll legislation changes
  • Manage monthly payroll forecast files to provide stakeholders with accurate spend forecasting information
  • Strong focus on digitalization of HR core processes
  • Manage Third Party provider relationships
  • Work collaboratively with HR and Finance managers/leadership for seamless transactional services
  • Work with stakeholders/customers to evaluate HR Operations service, monitor feedback, improve service, and identify development needs
  • Provide support to Line Managers and Employees for employee lifecycle administrative issues/queries, escalating as appropriate
  • Implement and track SLAs and key performance metrics for continuous improvement using existing technologies and processes
