Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration, including collecting, processing, and checking monthly mutations in collaboration with the payroll provider
  • Maintain and manage HR administration in the broadest sense, including personnel records
  • Manage the HR system (Workday) and HR mailbox
  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues throughout the entire employee journey
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Perform administrative tasks related to HR insurances, pensions, and arrangements
  • Help improve HR processes and procedures
  • Generate various HR reports
  • Support projects for the HR Director and/or HR Business Partner
