Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems
  • Assist the Chief People Officer and Global Payroll Manager with benefits administration, payroll, and timecard accuracy as needed
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, identify staffing needs, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, career fairs, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the end-to-end hiring process while providing an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Enhance employer branding by showcasing Pattern’s values and work environment on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other social media
  • Lead new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience
  • Develop initiatives that bolster employee engagement, support professional growth, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
