Responsibilities

Partner closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
Conduct and analyze exit interviews, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems
Assist the Chief People Officer and Global Payroll Manager with benefits administration, payroll, and timecard accuracy as needed
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, identify staffing needs, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Source and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, career fairs, and networking events
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the end-to-end hiring process while providing an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Enhance employer branding by showcasing Pattern’s values and work environment on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other social media
Lead new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience
Develop initiatives that bolster employee engagement, support professional growth, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
