Requirements

Candidates must be detail-oriented with a strong eye for accurate data, demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality, possess excellent communication skills – must be articulate and professional, communicating in a clear, positive fashion, and be proficient in Excel. A Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Human Resources is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience working with employees and managers across EMEA countries, and knowledge of HR terms and best practices across EMEA.

Responsibilities

This Human Resources Generalist will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of company programs and policies, analyze business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities, understand applicable governmental regulations and advocate compliance requirements, including audit projects, coordinate and administer activities under the direction of the functional global HR Business Partner in several human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, records, benefits, and team member services, facilitate new hire orientation sessions for all new employees in the region, conduct exit/stay interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary, assist with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives, and review employee handbooks of EMEA countries regularly to include updated legislation.
