Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of HR experience specializing in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations, along with in-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment-related laws, and compliance requirements. They should also demonstrate excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, complemented by strong judgment and decision-making abilities, and proficient problem-solving skills. Experience working in a global, multi-location technology company is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Partner will investigate and resolve employee relations concerns, partner with HR Business Partners on performance management, provide timely support for leader and employee inquiries while maintaining detailed records, analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies, solutions, and practices, and maintain case management/tracking tools (preferably CaseIQ).
