The People Experience Team at eBay is responsible for all aspects of candidate and employee experience. This role provides a full range of HR support to eBay’s entities in a warehouse and office environment, based in Louisville, KY. The team supports over 7,000 employees across 3 countries and focuses on driving business performance, recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and people tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and influential working relationships with key partners including Operations Managers, PBP’s, Legal and external vendors.
• Continuously promote and drive engagement in cultural programs and initiatives.
• Drive the review and implementation of HR programs and guidelines in partnership with the broader People team.
• Respond and resolve HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, Centers of Expertise and vendors via email, slack, and in person against agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support leadership and people managers with all people related matters, including addressing employee relations issues quickly, effectively and in line with local employment laws and regulations.
• Independently manage and resolve HR-related investigations, ensuring thorough and objective analysis of cases.
• Conduct detailed documentation and make fair and consistent recommendations regarding corrective actions in alignment with company policies, programs, and legal compliance.
• Provide recruitment & onboarding support including CV screening, and interviewing.
• Liaise with eBay payroll and People Tech Systems team on employee matters.
