As the in-house HR expert for LATAM, the specialist will own and drive the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits; they will provide a high-level of support to EOR employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries; administrative support will be provided through report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration, and a high-touch local experience will be offered where needed to assist the product and operations team in scaling systems.
