Candidates should possess 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken). A strong understanding of Dutch labor law is essential, and international HR experience or experience in start-up environments is considered a competitive advantage. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation are also required.
The HR Experience Specialist will provide hands-on support for the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits for EOR employees. They will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, manage HR administration such as report generation and HRIS updates, and ensure a high-touch local experience while helping to scale HR systems.
