Responsibilities

The HR Experience Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Deel’s global NAM benefits programs, ensuring efficient and compliant processes, managing benefit program renewals, building relationships with vendors, conducting quality audits, streamlining benefits operations, and supporting EORs and clients with benefits-related inquiries. They will also participate in special projects, contribute to benefits product planning, and serve as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters, ensuring the quality of HR operations within assigned countries.
