Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits operations, ideally within a global and fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships are essential, as is a solid understanding of HR operations.
The HR Experience Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Deel’s global APAC benefits programs, ensuring efficient and compliant processes, and optimizing workflows to enhance user satisfaction. This includes launching new benefits programs, managing renewal processes, building vendor relationships, conducting quality audits, and streamlining benefits administration. The role also involves participating in special projects, providing support to employees and EORs, and acting as a subject matter expert on benefits-related matters, ultimately contributing to the quality of HR operations across assigned countries.
